Transaction notices

In this section, ROMPETROL WELL SERVICES S.A. published the notices made in accordance with the provisions of art. 242-246 of the Regulation no. 5/2018  of the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) and those of art. 19 of the Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014.

According to the European Regulation on market abuse (REG EU 596/2014, article 19), persons discharging managerial responsibilities, as well as persons closely associated with them, shall notify the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) and ROMPETROL WELL SERVICES of every transaction conducted relating to the financial instruments issued ROMPETROL WELL SERVICES S.A.

ROMPETROL WELL SERVICES is required to make sure that the abovementioned information is public.
ROMPETROL WELL SERVICES shall publish details about such transactions in this section.
